　　一、活动背景

　　为深入贯彻学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，以庆祝建党95周年、红军长征胜利80周年、孙中山先生诞辰150周年等为契机，引领广大青年学生树立和践行社会主义核心价值观，更加坚定跟党走中国特色社会主义道路，树立为协调推进“四个全面”战略布局和实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦努力奋斗的理想信念，大力弘扬长征精神，进一步激发同学们的爱国热情，弘扬红色传统，经共青团北京青年政治学院委员会研究决定举办“爱国主义教育”主题演讲比赛。

　　二、活动目标

　　各级团组织要要紧紧围绕爱国主义精神和长征精神的基本内容，让所有学生知晓、理解、熟记长征精神和爱国主义的基本内容和重要内涵，进一步激发同学们的爱国热情，弘扬红色传统。

　　1、各参赛选手必须规定，按时参加开会、抽签和比赛。

　　二、评分标准

　　1、本次比赛中主题演讲采用10分制进行评判，要求正确的思想内容和完美的表达形式相统一。 (1)思想内容占5分：主题鲜明深刻1.5分、联系实际1.5分、材料典型有力2分。 (2)表达形式5分：有声语言2分、态势语言2分、全场效果0.5分、风度仪表0.5分。 2、评委评分当场计分，第4位选手演讲完毕后，评委离席分析，把握评分尺度，然后分别为前5位选手打分，从第6位选手开始当场亮分。 3、去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，取其余的平均分为选手最后得分(保留到小数点后两位)。
