日文辞职信的写法

　　明天要去递辞职信，日本的辞职信还有规定格式，也许中国写辞职信也有格式，我不知道而已。

　　总之，今天抄了好几遍。就那么几个字，要竖着写，还要顾及整个布局的美观。真是想马上走人，不过日本的规定是最少提前2周递辞职信，我也就一アルバイト而已。明天要去“虚伪大作战”了，和上司还要“客套”几句。

　　辞职信的范文和信封的写法如图模板所示，只需要改姓名，日期，公司名字，老板名字。

　　特别提示：无论是因为什么原因，都不能写明！只能按模版上写的，因为“自身的原因……”。

　　提交的时候不能当着大家的面，要在四下无人的时候递交，因为要给上司留面子。

　　PS.辞职了以前的一切不开心就可以忘记了，新的起点保持一个好心情。

　　其实辞职信没有固定的写法，因为辞职各有各的原因。但您不妨按照以下思路写，或许比较恰当和容易：

　　第一段：写出辞职的心理（当然不一定是真的），你可以写一些客套的句子。例如：经过多方面的考虑，我打算辞掉目前所从事的职位……，或者：因家中变故，我打算申请辞去我现在的工作。因此整个第一段可以这么写：

　　尊敬的人力资源经理：

　　您好！

　　经过深思熟虑地思考，我决定辞去我目前在公司所担任的职位，我知道这对于您来说，是非常难以作决定的事情。

　　第二段：说明您自己考虑的辞职的时间（尽管您提出辞职经公司同意后，公司的人力资源部将按照固定的离职日程办理离职手续，但这样说并不是画蛇添足，大多数情况下，你都能够争取到提早离开的时间）。例如：

　　我考虑在此辞呈递交之后的２—４周内离开公司，这样您将有时间去寻找适合人选，来填补因我离职而造成的空缺，同时我也能够协助您对新人进行入职培训，使他尽快熟悉工作。另外，如果您觉得我在某个时间段内离职比较适合，不妨给我个建议或尽早告知我。

　　第三段：说明您在这个公司里的经验积累，尽可能地去赞扬公司对您的栽培（不论您有多么大的委屈和气愤，都不应该在辞职信里表露）。例如： 我非常
