　　一 感谢信一般由当事者或当事者的所在单位以及亲属来写，而表扬信凡了解情况的人都能写。

　　二 表扬信结尾的写法有两种，如果是写给本人的，就写“值得学习”“深受感动”等方面的内容；如果是写给受表扬者的所在单位或领导的，就可以提出建议，请在一定范围内宣传、表扬受表扬者的好作风和模范事迹。
