　　我觉得，首先，一位老师要能够象磁铁一样牢牢地吸引学生，靠的就是他的人格魅力。教师对学生有潜移默化的影响，教育者本身就是一本非常珍贵的教科书，大到世界观、人生观，小到一举手一投足，都渗透在整个教育过程中，如果我们能以自己的人格品质吸引学生，令学生钦佩，那么，我们的教育就已经向成功迈进了一大步。平时，遇到有的同学肚子不舒服，我会把他叫到跟前，帮他揉一揉;有的同学感冒了，我会用自己的脸贴近学生的额头，试一试他是否发烧;有时遇到同学值日不认真，我会拿起笤帚，和他们一起扫;有的同学进步了,我会送上一句鼓励的话语;还有，捡起学生掉在地上的铅笔，扶起不慎摔倒的同学，帮放学时匆忙穿衣服的同学拉上拉链;为在运动会上付出努力和汗水的同学奖励一个小小的笔记本……我看过这样一句话：教育无小事，事事都育人。我想教师的人格魅力可能就是体现在这样一件件小事上。

　　其次，是教师能够以宽广的胸怀博爱每一位学生。教师的爱如同阳光普照大地，如同雨露滋润万物，但是，爱并不意味着迁就放松，而是严而有爱，爱而从严。
