　　甲方的权利与义务：

　　一、甲乙双方本着相互信任、共同发展的原则进行合作，甲方有义务竭尽全力为乙方开拓其创作及表演事业，乙方应尊重甲方的努力和劳动；

　　二、 甲方负责乙方的艺术形象、艺术定位、宣传定位等总体包装的设计策划；
