　　要求是不卑不亢，雍容大方，彬彬有礼，不失身份，听众对演讲者傲慢的态度、轻佻的作风、随便的举止极为反感。前演讲者由站起到走向讲坛面对听众站立的十几秒钟里，给广大听众留下的印象非常重要，应注意：

　　第三种，手的姿势开始呈现精神抓据状态（即穿针引线或握笔写字的常规姿势），然后五指分开向外展开，呈现一个五指分开又绷直的手掌，这是干脆、有力、大方的手势，可以强烈地吸引公众的注意。
