　　1.本工程承包范围为甲方发出的施工图中地梁面以上钢筋工，模板工，泥工三大工程所属的劳务工作。(不含水电，消防，门窗安装，油漆，涂料，栏杆及扶手钢筋竖焊金属构架，防水及外墙面隔热保温等工程)

　　四.承包工期：

　　1.开工时间：2019年 月 日(以双方确定的开工报告为准)

　　2.竣工时间：2019年 月 日

　　五.费用标准：

　　1.劳务费按实际施工建筑面积+─0.000以上/每平方米122元(结算单价：框架每平方75/M2计算，砖砌体内外墙抹灰及面砖，楼地坪按每平方米为47元

　　为了深化改革，强化安全管理，贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”安全生产工作方针的原则，加强一线管理人员的法制观念，保障施工生产和职工的身体健康安全，制定此协议书。

　　2．施工现场按jgj59－99安全检查标准，每周检查一次，并留有记录。

　　3．严格执行公司《职业健康安全管理体系》文件，按有关法律法规和所有相关方的要求，实施并保持安全管理体系的高效运行。

　　4．安全内业资料齐全，做到有施工方案（措施）、安全交底分部位、分工种针对性强，施工人员进场要进行安全培训教育等。安全内业资料按《天津市建设工程施工现场安全保证资料》的各项要求进行填写、收集、整理、归档。

　　5．杜绝重大伤亡事故的发生；杜绝重大火灾事故的发生。
