　　尊重的内涵，平等，价值，人格，修养。尊重两个字看似轻于鸿毛，实则重于泰山。它如生之空气，是与人交往之融洽之道。懂得尊重的人，总是让人舒适温暖。如闻淡淡幽兰，如睹春日青山。尊重朋友的隐私，不嘲笑，不散布。尊重亲人的关爱，不厌烦，不逃避。尊重孩子的思想，不强势，不打击。尊重别人的劳动。即使是家人也要表示感谢。尊重别人的选择。每个人都是独立个体，我们无权干涉。尊重别人的习惯。喜好不尽相同，才有个性差异特色。尊重不同价值观念。对错涵盖不了世界，不评论，多理解。尊重别人，就是尊重自己。不尊重别人的人，永远也得不到尊重。尊重不是客套，不是礼仪，更不是虚伪。尊重是一种温暖的距离，没有伤害，只有感动。 尊重是一种平等。不俯望不仰望，不卑也不亢。尊重是一种修养，知性而优雅。将人格魅力升华，大爱无声挥洒。

　　社会进步就是人们对美追求的结晶。爱美之心，人皆有之。千百年来人们从来没有停止过对美的探索与追求。美和我们的生活息息相关，须臾难分，可以说，我们的生活中不能没有美。可美到底是什么呢？深邃的苍穹繁星点点，碧绿的青山草木葱葱，这是浑然天成的一种美；宏伟的长城、断臂的维纳斯，因残缺而生动，这是令人震撼的一种美；家里面井然有序，窗明几净，各种家具摆放错落有致，这是一种整洁的美，可见，生活中处处都存在美。美的感觉大多存在于心中，很多时候无法用文字表述出来，很多美好的思绪在脑海中一闪即过，无法捕捉。美不是空谈，而是要去体验、去感受、去欣赏。 不同的人对美有着不同的理解，但有一点是相同的，美是一种能给心灵带来享受的感觉。

　　世间万物，千差万别，巍峨的高山，幽深的峡谷，广阔的大海，潺潺的小溪，艳丽的花朵，青翠的小草，因为差别才显得美丽生动。芸芸众生，如果长相都一模一样，那么美又从何而来呢！王羲之的书法流畅俊美，端庄秀丽，著名的《兰亭序》中，有20多个“之”字，每一个“之”字都有不同的特点，他所追求的是一种差别，变化动态的美。因此，我们可以这样认为，因为不同，才有美，美来自差别。 我们这个世界不缺少美，而是缺少发现美的眼睛。千里马常有而伯乐不常有，这句耳熟

　　first i want to ask you some questions:

　　1、 do you know what is youth?

　　2、 how do you master your youth?
