关于健康的演讲稿英语

　　在读书的时候，翻开病理生理学我们就知道了，对健康的定义，恰当的定义来自于世界卫生组织的解释，包含了三个范围：躯体、心理、社会，即要求躯体没有不适，心理精神完善健全，社会适应良好。也就是说，要称得起健康，不仅仅是能吃能睡，能跑能跳，能说话能思维，身上没有病痛，而且还要能在社会立足谋生，能与周围的人群合得来。这样的人才算得上健康。那么根据这一定义，经过严格的统计学统计，人群中真正健康和正患着病的人不足三分之二，也就是说其他的人群都处于健康和患病之间的过渡状态，我们常常使用的词语就是“亚健康”状态，当然，如果我们能调节处理得当的话，则身体可向健康回归，反之，则恶化以至患病。所以如何调节，就显得相当的重要了。

　　除去那些由于先天的、遗传的、意外的、甚至一些莫名其妙的……等等的致病因素之外，其实主要导致我们患病的因素只有两个了，其一就是不良的生活习惯，其二呢，那就是性格因素了。这两个因素，就是我们这些健康着的或者亚健康着的人主要的两员杀手，不得不引以重视啊。

　　一．创设有利于学生心理健康发展的环境

　　营造优美的校园环境。学校是学生的第二个家，学生从学校中不知不觉地接受教育和影响，因此，优雅、洁净、文明、舒适的校园环境能给学生“润物细无声”的良好心理影响。校园中亭阁假山、名人雕像、书画长廊、名人名言、校风校训以及各种宣传橱窗都会给学生美的享受和理性的思考。生物园里生机盎然，校园里繁花点点，绿草茵茵，学生在曲径廊亭中看书，这些自然风景和人文景观无时无刻不在触动着学生的感官，使学生受到了美的熏陶和道德的感染，在愉悦中受到教育，自觉地形成一种积极向上的心态。
