第二十三届全国中学生英语演讲比赛

　　今年5月19日是第二十三次“全国助残日”。根据《泸西县教育局转发红河州人民政府残疾人工作委员会关于认真开展第二十三次全国助残日活动的通知》文件精神，三塘乡初级中学结合学校实际，以“全国助残日”为主题，充分利用各种形式加强宣传及开展相关活动，现将此次活动开展情况总结如下：

　　一、基本情况简介

　　三塘乡初级中学全校有教职工59人，学生897人，其中教师残疾人1人，学生残疾人5人。

　　二、助残活动主题

　　帮扶贫困残疾学生，让其远离自卑、远离孤独。

　　三、完善机构组织

　　为切实加强对学校开展“全国助残日”相关活动的领导，确保活动的顺利开展，经研究，决定成立三塘乡初级中学“全国助残日”主题教育活动领导小组。即赵永福校长任组长，唐明华副校长及梁卫华支部书记任副组长，组员有唐光剑、王永志、张勇、王啼鸣和各班班主任。

　　领导小组下设办公室在校党支部，由梁卫华负责相关活动的具体事项。

　　四、活动开展形式

　　（一）以标语、黑板报、校园广播、主题班会等为媒介，广泛宣传5月19日是第二十三次全国助残日。

　　（二）组织一次以“助残日”为主题的升旗仪式。

　　（三）就XX—XX学年度中帮扶贫困残疾学生、拾金不昧、有突出贡献等学生进行表彰。
