　　一年一度的清明节快来临了，今年的清明节放假时间为4月x日至x日。

　　清明节是我们中华民族缅怀先人、祭祀祖先的传统节日。我们地区传统的上坟祭祀、烧纸、放鞭炮等行为极易引发森林火灾，因此，这段时间也是森林火灾安全事故的高发期，森林防火安全问题不容忽视，需要大家共同关注，高度重视。

　　1月24日，安庆市森林防火指挥部向广大市民发出呼吁：强化安全意识，开展文明祭祀活动。

　　3月初，安庆市人民政府发布《森林防火“禁火令”》：未经批准，禁止在森林防火区野外用火。要全面落实市包县、县包乡（镇）、乡（镇）包村、村包组、组包户、户包人、人包山头的“七包”责任制。防火期内禁止携带火源上山，禁止一切野外用火，对于上山野外使用明火者，一律依法拘留，如果使用明火造成后果者，一律依法批捕。

　　上周，县教育局专门下文，号召学校开展“文明祭祀·绿色清明”主题教育活动，为此，学校向每位同学下发了安庆市教育局“关于清明节期间文明祭祀的倡议书”，今天我就清明节祭祀活动及森林防火等方面谈几点建议：
