　　根据平等互利原则 有限公司与有限公司友好协商特约签定本合同

　　一、双方承诺：由乙方提供不作价设备 美元(港币)给甲方用于加工生产 之用，(详见设备清单)。产权归乙方所有。使用期限为 年，在监管期限内，不得擅自在境内销售、串换、转让、抵押或者移作他用。到期后如不续签，则由甲方协助乙方申报海关核准后处理。乙方以免费方式提供设备，不需甲方办理付汇进口，也不需用加工费或差价偿还设备款。
