　　本文曾获得北京电视台、国家教育部举办的 My teacher 英语演讲比赛优胜奖。在以“我的老师”为主题的演讲会上，这篇演讲出人意料地将计算机称作自己的老师，以吸引听众的注意。然后又用事实与推理证明计算机确实是一个“老师”，从而赢得了听众的共鸣。某些语言上的不足之处点评修改如下：

　　(1)在every后，territory用复数，显然是错误的。另外，表示“各个领域”，用field为好。

　　(2)原文时态用错了。

　　(3)concept是可数名词。make后的宾语补语如果是不定式的话，要省略to。另外，一般不用被动不定式，而只用过去分词。deeply也有中国式英语之嫌。

　　(4)help sb. (to)do，不用 doing。

　　具体流程：

　　一、赛前准备

　　1、准备策划，向团委申办活动。

　　2、向多媒体管理中心申请教室。

　　3、张贴宣传海报或组织各班学习委员对赛事做好前期宣传。

　　4、邀请院学生处、院团委老师作为嘉宾（或评委）。

　　5、邀请英语教研室老师做评委。

　　6、采集参赛选手信息并制作ppt课件。

　　二、比赛环节

　　1、初赛

　　比赛时间：3月1、2日

　　比赛地点：j3-101

　　比赛评委：english show 10级负责人、院学生会社团部代表、院学生会学习部代表、院各社团社长代表

　　比赛规则：采用取平均分法从所有参赛选手中选取25人进入复赛

　　一。对英语能力的加强能代表学校参赛，英语能力应有相当基础，但要在校外比赛突出，训练期间更是不可懈怠。这一段时间每天绝对更要特别加强背单字、词组、朗读、听录音带、自言自语（用英文）。

　　即席演讲是很残酷现实精准的英语实力考验。而实力，唯有靠自己吸收累积。

　　二。对演讲艺术的认识表演与说唱并重唯一目的…to entertain the audience。所以要时常自问：听众看完了我的表演会快乐吗整个舞台都是你的「舞台」，最好不要固定在某一个地方表演，好像生根黏住了。

　　说话速度要有快有慢……语气要有轻有重、有急促有婉约。

　　表情要有喜怒哀乐。

　　手势要做就做到最好、最彻底、最完美、最有效果。不然，练习都是在做什么呢？所以要常照镜子，彻底认清自己体态、修正自己的表情动作。

　　艺术这东西，推到极限，怎能分好坏？

　　三。对评审的认知1. 评审很可怜，要连听几十篇类似的演讲，而且还要强迫自己打分数，分高低。例如，如果要你选你最喜欢的主持人，只有胡瓜和张菲让你选，你可能能轻易选出。但如果又加上张小燕、费玉清、瘐澄庆、吴宗宪、阿雅、曾国城、高怡平、贺一航、徐乃麟、…你来排排看，而且分数是一个一

　　我在杭外的英语学习大致分为两个阶段，“外向型学习”和“内在型学习”。

　　由于我就读的小学当时尚未普及英语教育，所以我刚进杭外时，英语基础几乎为零。但现在看来，零基础的学生似乎非常适合杭外的英语教育，因为这免去了老师纠正你之前学习偏差的工作，就如在一张白纸上画画比在一张初稿上作修改更方便一样。

　　我天性开朗外向。在我最初接触英语时，这种外向型的性格给了我很大的帮助。上课时，我会积极抓住每一次表现的机会，说英语、唱英语歌、演英语短剧、做英语演讲等各种形式的教学安排基本上我都会参与。课余时间老师会组织各色各样的英语活动，比如英语配音、戏剧表演和英语小故事比赛，我也会积极报名参加。因此，我幸运地获得了更多说英语的机会，练就了在公众面前表达自己的能力并培养了学习英语的兴趣。虽然我参与的活动多与英语口语有关，但我所收获的确不只局限于口语方面。杭外形形色色的英语活动除了锻炼口语之外，对英语语感和学习兴趣培养的作用也是十分显著的。我初一时的英语成绩徘徊在班级下游，但初三的时候已经稳定在中上水平了。然而平时我并没有刻意花时间去提升自己的英语笔试成绩。我觉得这应归功于我丰富的英语活动经历。

　　总之，初中的英语学习，重点应该在参与老师安排的各项英语教学活动中来
