　　Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for me.

　　When I come to this school,

　　曾记得，小学时要求每天写日记，开篇第一句总是“时间如流水，一去不复返”，“光阴似箭，日月如梭”……颇有些“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”的意思。现在，到了大学，我们依旧乐此不彼地感叹时光飞逝，只不过开始学会说，“howtimeflies”，只不过话语间多了一份无奈，多了一些思考。

　　是啊，时间总是不知不觉一点一滴地溜走，我们总是一点一滴不知不觉中长大，一天又一天，一年又一年，忙忙碌碌却又碌碌无为。当有一天，不经意间翻开那些儿时的老照片，再对着镜子，看看自己现时已有些许岁月痕迹的容颜，才会猛然发现，原来自己老的这么快，才会突然感伤，原来岁月真的不等人。生活像一把无情刻刀，改变了我们的模样。

　　总是怀念过去，不想长大，不想忘记那些童话，不想丢掉那些洋娃娃……可随着我们渐渐成长，时间渐渐告诉我们，现实没有童话，我们也不是那些洋娃娃，可以永远不用长大，可以永远保持微笑。我们是一群有着情感的人类，不能永远那么天真，不能永远无忧无虑，我们要为琐碎的生活烦恼，要经历风吹雨打，然后开始所谓的成长。

　　成长，似乎很多时候跟成熟联系在一起。有时候我们很讨厌成熟这个词，觉得没有朝气，不够单纯，和自己身上绚丽的衣服不搭调，和自己鲜明的个性很排斥，对此，我只能说

　　朱自清先生说：春天像刚落地的娃娃，从头到脚都是新的，它生长着;春天像小姑娘，花枝招展的笑着，走着;春天像健壮的青年，有铁一般的胳膊和腰脚，领着我们上前去!

　　春天之所以成为春天，是因为它改变了整个冬天。一个人从婴儿到成人的过程，是一种改变;一个国家从成长到壮大，更是一种改变。

　　从婴儿到成人，漫长的过程中有成长的阶梯、奋斗的方向、攀登的目标。一个民族从成长到壮大，同样有朝代的更替，年代的推移，政局的变革，体制的革新，这一切都因为它的目标是发展。发展是为了壮大，是为了进步，更是为了满足人民日益增长的物质文化生活的需要，这就是关注民生。石鼓区正是在关注民生中得以改变。

　　说起石鼓区角山乡三星村的改变，可以用翻天覆地来形容。解放前三星村又名“三管町”。曾流传着一首民谣：“养女莫嫁三管町，三只禾兜做餐饭，天旱半月无禾收，三年两载闹饥荒”。那时的村民，可以说是一穷二白，缺吃少穿。

　　新中国成立以后，三星村经历了土改、办互助组、农业合作社、人民公社的历史进程。上世纪的六七十年代，农民的温饱问题都
